crazy for CRAZY CHICKEN! ♥
I've been wanting to make a food blog about CRAZY CHICKEN since I and Lawrence(my bf) tasted their insanity burger for the first time--so having this opportunity to do it today, i'll do it now!
Crazy Chicken is located at Katipunan Road, Concepcion 2, Marikina City (near SDS Hospital). Their ambiance is so welcoming, they even have artsy portraits hanging on their walls. The caretaker / cashier is very accommodating and she knows the products very well ☺
However, the place is a little bit small. You'll have this feeling of it being crowded--especially if there are lots of customers. My advice: get a bigger place. Crazy chicken is getting more popular day by day so a bigger place will be a nice upgrade ☺
They serve burgers, chicken and pasta. This is the first ever restaurant that I've encountered to serve whatever you see in the menu. As the old saying goes, what you see, is what you get☺ Reasonable prices for their super delicious burgers and chicken! They also have sidings like potato wedges, french fries and jalapeno sticks ☺
Their best seller is the insanity burger--it's definitely a must try! It's bigger than McDonald's quarterpounder! The insanity burger has 2 1/3lb patties, topped with cheese, bacon and mushroom melt on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes. It's crazily satisfying!
You may try to eat it just with your bare hands, but in the end you'll still be needing your knife and fork! (and oh they have this super cute place mat) ☺
Their fried chicken is also delightful(even tastier than bon chon's :P). Four flavors with corresponding dips. My favorite is the wacky garlic parmesan--the strong taste of garlic combined with the tastiness of parmesan cheese served with blue cheese dip! super yummy! You can even eat it with unlimited rice(happiness!).
They only serve two pasta dishes, spaghetti and carbonarra. I haven't tasted both so I can't comment on how it taste like--I will try it soon! I also love their jalapeno sticks and potato wedges. ☺
The crazy chicken will surely make you insanely satisfied. A must try for everyone! Just like what we did last night (the caretaker even took our picture to be posted on the "THE CRAZIES" album in facebook), we will be coming back again and again, hungry for more ♥
